This Standing Pilates workout will strengthen the legs, improve balance and core control to give you great posture. Using Pilates principles we will work on exercises to target muscles of the Leg, Hip and Core to enhance and improve your standing posture. Sounds simple but it is deceptively challenging! Prepare for shaky legs during and post class! It will be based on my Pilates and Dance background and I decided to put this one together as we've all spent a lot more time sitting during the Covid lockdown so this is to get us all up and moving! It can be used as a warm up to a longer workout or standalone as daily workout or active recovery session.
