ℹ️ Today felt like a good example of a stress free life in Portugal. We woke up to sunny skies in February and decided to have a laid back breakfast with the family before later heading up to Santa Comba Dao for a long walk along the riverside to a restaurant called Cota Maxima. Along the way we talk about the future of Portuguese restaurants and cafes possibly accepting pets indoors this year, and a little bit of Van Life research we have done so far. We talk about how it feels a little like Thailand sometimes living here in Portugal when conditions are just a certain way. And generally just enjoy time as a young family exploring our surroundings in Central Portugal. Life is pretty relaxed.
