I've been back on my off grid homestead in Central Portugal for over a week and the garden went mental while I was away! I have a lot of little things to catch up on, including picking and processing olives and jalapeños. I also attempt to tidy the polytunnel to make a workshop so I can work when it's raining. The weather has been WET so this is essential! Plus I continue an old project that had me stumped... but now I think I have an idea!
