As Karnataka Hijab row escalates, another video surfaces from PES College in Mandya, where a hijab wearing student was heckled by a group of students. They were wearing saffron shawls and were chanting 'Jai Shree Ram' slogans. In reply, the girl can be seen raising her hand and chanting 'Allahu Akbar'. She was later escorted by college staff.

In Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College, Udupi, students wearing saffron shawls were seen confronting hijab wearing students in college campus. Karnataka High Court wll hear a plea today against hijab ban in several colleges.
