Part 1 of 2 from the TV show about Icelands Strongest Woman 2020 in english. Competition was in open category and -82 kg weight class. Same weights were for both categories and those in the lower class competed in both. Events were picked, formatted and weights used so that both beginners and first class strongwomen could compete against each other. Head referee was Kristjan Sindri Nielsson and Ingibjorg Oladottir second refereee. Commentated by Sigfus Fossdal and video work by Axel Darri Thorhallsson.
