Solo life off grid here in Central Portugal sometimes means having to do slightly ridiculous jobs alone that would be better handled by more people. Putting this poly tunnel up was one of those jobs... but I actually really enjoyed tackling it on my own!

This bonus video is part two as I continue my solo poly tunnel assembly by attempting to put the cover on, burying the frame, slinging shade cloth over top, and tying the whole thing down so it doesn't soar away. I also move a whole load of heavy timbers, monitor Mikey's mischievous ways, and worry all night as the poly tunnel is put through an insane wind storm. Will it survive? Watch until the end to find out!

I hope you enjoy this video! If you haven't seen part one yet, you can check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_QvT33rmZw
