São Roque joins BRAFA in the Galleries in Lisbon

For over 30 years, Lisbon based antique dealer São Roque has held an undisputed reputation in the World of Art and Antiques for the rarity and exclusivity of its artworks and its focus on 16th to early 18th century European and Portuguese Art and Portuguese-Afro-Oriental fusion art, in an unmatched symbiosis of quality and guaranteed authenticity. For their first BRAFA Art Fair participation, the gallery selected sophisticated works of art among which a 17th century Portuguese chimera-shaped aquamanile, a mid-17th century unique Singhalese-Portuguese ivory and silver jewellery box and a stunning 16th century Indian tortoiseshell and silver casket with a lizard lock and snake handles.

BRAFA in the Galleries (27 - 31 January 2021) is the newly created alternative to the BRAFA Art Fair at Tour & Taxis, Brussels, which has been postponed to January 2022. Our exhibitors will welcome you in their galleries, where they will present the objects and artworks selected for BRAFA 2021 in the best possible conditions. In total, 126 art dealers spread across 13 countries and 37 cities look forward to sharing their passion for the beautiful, the rare, the precious and the historical in a warm, friendly atmosphere, in line with the rules in place in their area.
