Pleasure and humility are usually not associated with each other but in 1 Peter 5 verses 5-6, the apostle Peter explains how living a life that reflects the humility of Christ, will actually enrich us with God's love. Humility means that God is manifesting his power in you, so that in due time, you will know the joy of being exalted by God's embracing, powerful hand.
