How Russia Fired Artillery into Ukraine

This video presents evidence of Russian artillery having fired across the border into Ukraine. Using satellite imagery, it gives information on how to recognise locations where artillery was fired from. Video focuses on the 2014 shelling of the Ukrainian border crossing at Marynivka, in #Ukraine's Donetsk Oblast (province). I've added coordinates for the Russian artillery positions featured in the video.

Background: During 2014, Ukrainian border checkpoints & military positions along the border came under sustained artillery bombardment. This shelling was carried out by Russia-led forces inside Ukraine & Russian forces in Russia. This shelling led to the subsequent capture by Russia of 409km of Ukraine's eastern border. #Donbas #Donbass
