Over in Portugal… a trainee pilot and his instructor have been arrested after their light plane made an emergency landing on a busy beach near Lisbon, killing a man and an eight-year-old girl.
Wednesday's incident on Sao Joao beach in Caparica caused hundreds of sunbathers to run into the sea to avoid the small aircraft, which local media say might have had a broken left wing.
Witnesses also say the plane might have been gliding as they heard no engine noise.
The two occupants of the plane are said to be unharmed and are being questioned by police.
