Come and have a different artistic swimming training with us at home. Today the gym class will be given by Chile. We will start with a dance-artistic class to improve the choreography that we started last weekend. This part will be provide by Sebastian Meires (Dance coach from Estadio Mayor, Chile). After dance we will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare, recover, do healthy eating and control the nervousness of the competition.

Every Saturday Estadio Mayor (Chile), OvarSincro (Portugal), Federación Gallega de Natación (Spain), Sincro Biguá (Uruguay), Sincro Maldonado (Uruguay), Liga de Natación de Antioquia (Colombia), Centro de perfeccionamiento de Bogotá (Colombia), Summit Club (Colombia), some clubs and some national girls from Mexico are doing a different training together!
